Ingredients
Broken wheat -4tbsp
Kalkandam -rock candy -
Salt-one pinch
Water -1 1/4 plus three tbsp
Method
Soak wheat over night ..
Grind along with some water and strain ,keep aside
In a heavy bottomed sauce pan ,add this mix along with water ,rock candy and salt ..
Mix well and cook until it become smei thick in low to medium flame ..
It wlll take approximately 15 minutes ..
Check the taste and adjust
