We are in conversation with Shreya Goel. Through her experience and journey to getting placed as an ARTICLE in one of the TOP 4 FIRMS. She shares her experience and the process she followed to be able to achieve that.

Shreya has just appeared for her CA FINAL EXAMS, and we have been in contact with her since 2016. Shreya was continually failing in the subject of ITSM ( INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT). She first came across NEERAJ ARORA classes for STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT VIDEOS on the channel. Another major influencing event was the SRCC CA CONFLUENCE in 2017, in which NEERAJ SIR spoke about the CA ARTICLESHIP.

Shreya took away a lot of learning and understanding from that CA CONFLUENCE that day about the strengths she needs to enhance and the weaknesses she needs to manage for getting a good firm for her CA ARTICLESHIP. She further elaborates on these learnings and how she evaluated these criteria on herself. Shreya had experienced that she lacked guidance in terms of CA and the CA ARTICLESHIP.

DO YOU NEED TO CLEAR BOTH CA INTERMEDIATE GROUPS IN THE FIRST ATTEMPT TO GET PLACED FOR CA ARTICLESHIP IN A GOOD FIRM? Shreya is not a rank holder and took 3 to 4 ATTEMPTS to clear IPCC (old course). She pursued her CA along with her graduation. Many people believe that a graduation degree is next to impossible, along with CA PREPARATION and unnecessary, significant for her! She found that there was a lack of GUIDANCE REGARDING CA. It is an agreed-upon conclusion that CA students should not leave their college education for CA.

How did you face all the MYTHS SURROUNDING CA PREPARATION AND CA ARTICLESHIP? Shreya as a student, was also scared of all of these myths when she cleared her IPCC ( Now CA INTERMEDIATE ). She feared that she would not be placed in a good firm for her CA ARTICLESHIP because neither was a RANK HOLDER nor had she cleared both CA GROUPS in the FIRST ATTEMPT. She questioned that what was good in her was that she should get there.

Shreya says that attending the SRCC CONFLUENCE in 2017 where she received the most consequential learning in her life that helped her overcome these fears and myths and get placed in one of the TOP FOUR FIRMS.
