How To Perform The Lateral Hurdle Hop and Stick Outside Edge
To perform this exercise, set up hurdles at your prescribed hurdle height. Face side on to the hurdles, lift your outside leg. Hop over the hurdle, stick the landing and repeat as prescribed.
