Ok - you wanna know, " How to Counter a Leg Kick? " , right?
In this video I'll show you some basic low kick defense that you can use for Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA.
Even though all the techniques can be used in each sport*, certain sports favor certain techniques over others . For instance, Muay Thai kick techniques, especially high kicks, are scored higher than punches. For MMA, a takedown off a leg kick may score higher than kicks etc.
