The music is "generated" during gameplay by picking which of the samples to play in which channel according to "groovetracker" scripts, so... you kinda have to make it yourself. Go check those music scripts, I guess.

To get this audio for yourself I would recommend you:
1. Setup EKA2L1
2. Get a Snakes .sis (that supports Nokia devices before S60^3*)
(*.sis files for newer devices have ENCRYPTED .pakc files, so you can't easily unpack them)
3. Install it in EKA2L1
4. Go to this path ([your EKA2L1 install path]\data\drives\e\System\Apps\6R45_1)
5. Get an .offzip executable
6. Use it on the desired .PAK file (open cmd in the desired folder and do this: ./offzip.exe -a 6R45-ZZ05.PAK) (PAKs 4 and 5 have the sounds)
7. Extract all the files from the .dat file that offzip will produce. Info on that should be up on GitHub (link wayy above)
8. Then use SOX on each .adp file:
sox -t ima -r 8000 {input} -t wav -r 44100 {output}

There may be other better methods to do this.
