Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within the KLCC, Damansara Heights & Langkawi
Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with valuable insights.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Negotiate deals and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to offer expert advice to clients.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage.
Must be willing to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed.
