In this video, we present the first stage of the automation project developed for the Letur Processing Center, focused on robotic basket loading of filled jars.
After the filling process, jars are automatically loaded into baskets by a robot and conveyed to the cold storage area, preparing the product for the next production stages.
This system is part of a complete end-of-line automation project engineered and delivered by our team, including:
Automated jar basket loading
Basket unloading after cold storage
Automatic case packing
Palletizing for final dispatch
The project was designed to increase efficiency, process stability, and operational reliability in a demanding food-processing environment.
