These kills were all 2 mins long - they can sometimes go 20 seconds faster or, at most, 20 seconds slower. So a these 2 min kills are a perfect representation of what you should expect with this setup.
(yes i miss a lot of prayers, it was 6am gimme a break haha)
Kills per trip kinda vary depending on what drops you get as your inventory will fill up faster. (if you pickup the pots) - but the supplies taken easily allow for 8 kill trips.
As you can see after a 2 kills - the brews are used to heal over 99 and then divine back down before the boss spawns. So ideally you want to be only using the brews after 2 kills when the divine pot 5 min timer is running out.
You can easily swap the divine out for a normal super combat pot - and take an extra 2 dose super combat - and extend the trip out to 10. - Inventory space is usually running fairly thin by that point though.
