TRIP REPORT | LOT [Economy Class] Boeing 737-8 MAX | KRK-WAW | LO3920

Описание: Founded in 1928, LOT Polish Airlines is the flag carrier of Poland, and has been a Star Alliance member since 2003. Join me as I fly with them from Kraków to Warsaw, on what may be one of the world's shortest Boeing 737 MAX flights.

The actual flight time may only have been 30 minutes, but even so, LOT has managed to impress me! The catering was great for such a short flight, there was an inflight magazine on board, and while LOT's short-haul fleet may not be equipped with WiFi (at the time of making this video), the power & USB ports are a nice feature. Unlike numerous European carriers, LOT doesn't charge for seat selection during the online check-in either, regardless of the fare you've booked and your frequent flyer status. Also on this occasion, the flight was perfectly on time and was only around a third full, meaning I had the whole row to myself upon moving to seat 5A. There is one complaint I have about LOT however, and that is that I found the crew to be inconsistent. Admittedly they were okay for the most part, with the purser standing out in particular - unfortunately though, there was also a female F/A who was absolutely grumpy and showed zero passion for her job. However, other than that, I'm left with a positive impression of LOT Polish Airlines overall!
