Chicken egg kotthu
Ingredients
Steamed puttu (wheat/raw rice) – 2 pieces/2cup
Onion – chopped, 1
Fried chicken 100g
Green chilli - chopped, 1
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Curry leaves – a sprig
Pepper powder 1/2tsb
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai – add chopped onion curry leaves and chillies fry till it turns golden brown.
Add egg fry as scrambled now add fried chicken
Reduce the flame - mix puttu with the cooked egg,chicken mixed.
mix all together 2 to 3 min puttu change colour.
Now ready to
Serve as hot .
