This is my favourite vanilla cupcake recipe! Decorated for easter with some chocolate and nougat eggs :)
Recipe:
Cupcake Batter
3 Eggs
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
3.5 oz Butter
½ cup Milk
1 ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
2 pinches of Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
Bake at 350°F/175°C for 15 min.
Cream Cheese Frosting
2 oz Room Temp Butter
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3.5 oz Cream Cheese
Chocolate Eggs for decorating
