• Tall Ready Position With Heavy Feet
• Load With Eyes Forward
• Lock Front Brake
• Extend Strong Arms Into Bars
• Move Hips And Butt Upward
• Tuck Knees Toward Chest To Add Height
• Release Brake While Pressing Legs Down To Return To Ready Position
