Instruction:
Release all the straps and open the zip
Slide the brace over the wrist and up the arm using the end of the ribs
Until you can feel the elbow in the cut-out section of the brace
Close the zip
Close the strap on the rear of the upper arm
Use the non-elastic straps to set the required stretching restriction
