Day 3 brought together the key principles and techniques introduced in the previous sessions, offering both recap and refinement. The training emphasized fluid transitions, variations (henka waza), and the dynamic expression of Aiki through foundational movements.

• Kokyuho – Suwariwaza & Tachiwaza (recap and refinement)
• Aiki Kokyu Tanren – Recap and energy cultivation
• Henka Waza – Kaiten-nage variation with adaptive flow
• Katatedori Kote-gaeshi Ura
• Katatedori Ikkyo – Omote & Ura
• Shomenuchi Irimi-nage
• Aiki Flow – Seamless transitions between Ikkyo and Irimi-nage

The final day closed the seminar with harmony, energy, and a deepened understanding of Aikido movement and connection.
