Sometimes when working on a bike you find bearings in retainer cages. Often in the bottom brackets and headsets. I usually will replace the whole bearing retainer set. But some bike shops don't even sell them, or you might not be able to find the right size. Some people will just get rid of the cage and fill the races with more bearings. But I prefer to use the cages if that is how they came. In this video I show you how to replace the individual ball bearings and use the original retainer cage.
