Описание: This is a sneak peak into my fridge and cupboards and I explain a little but about why I eat certain things. If you do not have insulin issues then I'd also say there is more room for fibre rich carbs like sweet potatoes, natural rice, oats and so on. Just go for nature's food rather than man-made food as much as possible, and try to steer away from sugar in most cases as studies are pointing more and more towards insulin resistance being linked to all of the major killer diseases including heart disease. I do eat things that are healthful (donuts, crisps and sweets 🙈😜), but I eat them less and less as I learn more and feel better without them. Balancing is key since harbouring negative feelings (including deprivation and misery) are also damaging to health. We gotta feel good about what we are doing! One of my new clients is currently very happy to be experiencing how eating more (and yummy) food is actually getting rid of her cravings ❤️💪❤️✨
