Day 4 of our canoe trip on river Po in Italy in March / April 2017
It was a rather restless night, waking up around 4 a.m. with big thirst, and waking up again at 5 a.m. when the gravel plant on the opposite bank of the river started it’s working day with infernal noise. Hence, we had an early start ourselves.
Today’s trip was about 29 km.
Luckily we could buy fresh and cold drinking water at Osteria Corona in Corte Sant’Andrea - and were saved for this and the next day! Evenings menu: Pasta con Tonno-Pomodoro-Sugo on a sand and gravel bank near Guzzafame.
