Bell Borca is a Boros commander I don't see often, so I thoughtI'd revisit him after a year or so and see what's going on. Though hamstrung on MTGO because of command specific cards and programing issues, I still feel like this commander can make a decent control deck, with a few outlets to victory like combat and burning. There are also some combos possible as well.
