With their range of developmental disability programs and behavior health services, RCF prepares their clients with the skills necessary to thrive in a work environment. President and CEO of RCF, Najla Wortham, goes above and beyond to ensure the Marylanders she serves are assisted in their journey to success. Recently, Ms. Wortham joined the Maryland Works Board of Directors. With this accomplishment, she can continue to advocate for the changes and progress she wants made and participate in the decision-making process that helps those goals come to fruition.

Through Rock Creek Foundation, Chimezie Unaegbu found his job at the MVA in Columbia. Grateful for the opportunities the role has given him, Mr. Unaegbu arrives to work each day with a focused mindset and a cheerful aura, bringing smiles to those he greets, and solidifying his role as an outstanding team member.
