THIS 35 MIN YOGA CLASS IS ABOUT HELPING US FIND BETTER CIRCULATION. GETTING THE BODY MOVING AND OPEN SO EVERYTHING FLOWS BETTER. WHEN OUR BODY IS
TIGHT AND DENSE FROM LACK OF MOVEMENT AND STRETCHING WE FEEL TIRED, SWOLLEN AND A LOT MORE PAIN. THIS CLASS WILL HELP YOU FEEL AMAZING ALL DAY AND EVERY TIME YOU REVISIT THESE SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE MOVEMENTS.
I hope you enjoy how you feel and see what you can do without having to pay someone to do if for you. PRACTICE SELF LOVE and you will find all areas of your life get easier and you will feel a LOT better.
Our yoga practice is the BEST place to start to discover the LIFE that was created for me, by doing what Feels good, rather than looks good. We will move through this all level flow and find a balance to what we want and what we have been doing and find a way to bridge the two - through practice and repetition.

AVOID: if you have any injuries, joint problems, medical limitations (knees, wrists, elbows, shoulders, or any area of the body that hurts or just doesn't feel right. Avoid jumping or forcing movements that do not work on your body as some poses and moves require balance, flexibility and strength, so be mindful, take your time and as ALWAYS listen to your body first. If your are unsure about adding any exercise to your regime seek the guidance of your doctor or other medical professional.
