The job - Pick up an RV located in an RV park, only problem, its deep in a snowy part of a heavily wooded RV park. Watch as I recover this park model RV using a winch and alot of patience. Enjoy!
First i try and winch the trailer around, but get a lot of resistance. The snow also makes winching the trailer difficult. While winching, the truck is sometimes getting pulled towards the trailer. one of the resistance issues are due to the trailers tires being low. I inflate the trailer tires to solve that problem. I pull the trailer around but find that a tree near the rear is too close for me to pull it any further to the side. I re-rig and pull it back to its original position, re-rig again to pull the trailer forward. Once it is pulled forward enough. I re-rig and pull it sideways again.
Once it is pulled sideways, i am able to hook up to it and remove it from the park. I get it out of the wooded area, and perform a final safety check. then transport it to the dealership.
