Tuning - D standard

As mentioned on the guitar part of this cover this one is a killer on the left arm with the amount of gallops and tremolo picking. There is no fast way to building up the muscle stamina apart from practising over several days/weeks/months depending on how use a lot of picking you are. Practise gallops in-between learning other songs or other exercises too and eventually you will get there.

When looking at live videos even Jean-Michel appears to sometimes throw in a few simple bits of alternate picking between gallops to break it up a bit.
