Zoom seems to be the common technology of choice at the moment when it comes to teaching online, so this video focuses on using Zoom to teach online and focuses on some of the main features that might help you to deliver an online session. A lot of teachers have problems with the settings and I totally understand that as there are too many settings. So I really try to breakdown the settings and focus on the ones that will be useful for an online teaching lesson. My own experience is teaching English online and also receiving lessons in Spanish but this video is really focusing on any type of teaching.

The key to be effective when working with Zoom for teaching online is to really get control of the system. Until you do, you tend to be very nervous using these systems as there are a number of tools and settings you need to understand. It is sometimes hard to focus on the teaching aspects of Zoom when you actually don't know what is happening with the delivery.
