Ingredients:
• 1.5 L whole milk
• 4 tbsp yogurt starter (plain yogurt)
Instructions:
1. Boil the milk without stirring (I forgot to film this step in the video.)
2. Transfer it to another container. let it cool a bit.
3. Add the yogurt starter, cover with a blanket, and keep at room temp for 8 hours.
4. Once set, don’t stir refrigerate for another day.
5. Enjoy thick, sweet stone yogurt! 😊
