From managing 800+ job applications to running team meetings and trying to stay focused on strategic work - this is an honest look at creative leadership in tech.

After taking a break from YouTube during a year of burnout recovery (while leading Kit's rebrand!), I'm going back to my channel's roots: sharing the real behind-the-scenes of working in design. Except now it's from a leadership perspective.
