Creating a discord bot using TYPESCRIPT (Full Guide + Complete Handler)

Описание: NOTE: I forgot to use the "registerCommands" function when making the tutorial, no worries it's a really simple thing to do, for reference you can visit 2 of these commits. If you are still confused about what you should do feel free to compare your "Client.ts" file with the source code.
