This John Deere 555-A was able to tilt the bucket but wasn't able to lift the bucket. After a lot of trouble shooting a hydraulic professional was able to help me resolve the issue.
I had the professional completely rebuild the control valve it still wouldn't lift. So he came out and found the little flat head screw within the master control valve. When he tightened the screw it started to work. Then he put a pressure gauge on the line and set the screw to 1800 PSI
