Simple Tomato, Corn, and Cabbage Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups cabbage (shredded or finely chopped)
1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
4 large tomatoes (pureed or chopped) or 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 small onion (optional, for extra flavor)
3 cups vegetable broth or water
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic (minced, optional)
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional, for a little heat)
½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:
1. Sauté the Aromatics (Optional Step): In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
2. Add Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped or pureed tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
3. Add Cabbage & Corn: Add the shredded cabbage and corn. Stir well.
