BEFORE you do all this:
Make SURE your 40 Mhz oscillator is calibrated against WWV.
And make sure the SSB aka LSB and USB is getting a zero beat when CAL is pressed and on a 25 Khz multiple frequency.

IF 40 Mhz oscillator is calibrated and LSB / USB are netted to 0 beat note the GO AHEAD with below

First make sure there are 13.8 V exactly going into your TR7
Then adjust the right most potential meter for 10.00 V
Then follow this video to adjust the potential meter for each mode selection accordingly
CRITICAL: After adjusting the master oscillator frequency to get an exact CAL or to fix the display off frequency issue you must follow above instructions again
CRITICAL: After all this you MUST set the AM, RTTY, CW, LSB, USB offsets again!
