I had the opportunity to meet up with Vinod Philip, Chief Technology & Strategy Officer at Siemens Energy during CERAWeek 2022 ...
During a panel he participated in, the topic of retaining talent, acquiring new talent, the need for new new skills and reskilling came up. I wanted to get some more information on a few of these, so we met up to have a chat.
The three questions I had were;
1. What is the Siemens Energy 'Fit for Future' strategy all about? (0.00)
2. What is a 'Reverse Mentor' and why does he have a few of them? (2:25)
3. Given the pace of innovation not slowing down, is there any new innovation or technology that intrigues him? (4:15)
