With this data, the AIR MILES team leverages data platforms to integrate machine learning techniques, predictive analytics, and automated dashboards to uncover customer-level opportunities for our Partners. From supporting marketing personalization efforts, to helping forecast item sales at the store-level, these capabilities maximize Partner value out of the AIR MILES loyalty program.
