We will look at why events and meetings are so important – and how to plan and run both face-to-face and virtual events.
Let’s get started by asking a very important question…
Why events? Why are these so important?
How does it work?

You encourage people to join by:
Sharing stories “Why join?”
Sharing the earning opportunity
Sharing success stories
Highlighting the product-related benefits of joining
Giving recognition
 
You encourage people to buy products by:
Sharing product stories
Sharing product features and benefits
Displaying products for testing
Spreading awareness of routines

You support and develop your team by:
Making it possible for your Core Team and new Brand Partners to directly invite their contacts to this event, which also helps them to recruit and sell
Helping your Core Team to learn by doing when you assign different tasks and responsibilities to members
Helping your Team to learn new skills by observing how you run the event
Learn from the experience of higher-level Leaders. And by participating in events together, you can develop and practice your own skills. That way, you can learn how to run your own events in the best possible way – you learn by doing.
 
You should establish and nurture the culture of events in your entire organization.
NOTES: Events & meetings can be small or large. The key is to hold them on a regular basis.

1-to-1 session: Every Brand Partner should be holding these sessions with their prospects to introduce them to the products and the Oriflame opportunity.




Small meeting: Intended for 8-12 participants – the Leader and Core Team can invite their prospects to these meetings.

Large event: These are events for 30 or more participants. Everyone can invite their prospects to these, and all tasks and responsibilities for running these events are clearly divided in the Team.
