Amish Mom Who Reportedly Drowned Son Enters Insanity Plea

Описание: On Monday, Ruth Miller was in court for an arraignment. The judge read her an indictment which consisted of seven counts. Miller, an Amish woman, allegedly intentionally drove a golf cart into a lake with her kids on board and killed her 4-year-old son. The defense told the judge they would be entering a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. The judge ordered Miller to be held in jail until she can have a bond hearing.
