Testing some of the best division 2 builds and share my favorite builds with you, mostly solo builds.
If I had a team, I could present this build more effectively, because group buffs and the doubling of the vest's bonuses increase the build's efficiency. Especially when firing at enemies marked with White, you can get a good armor regeneration with the bonus provided by the vest. It's also nice that your teammates can benefit from this. Of course, achieving this isn't always easy because the vest's effective range is limited. That's why I tried it solo, and I can say it's not bad that way either.
