Rain pushes in from the south through the evening and into the night. It will be persistent and sometimes heavy in the east but more showery in the west. Cloud cover will be extensive overnight keeping temperatures around 6-7°C. Southeasterly winds will be strong. A Met Office yellow warning for rain is in place over parts of Scotland, with snow possible over 400m. - This is the Met Office Scotland weather forecast for the evening of 21/01/2026.
