TRANSFORMING YOUR LIFE IN 50 DAYS! At the beginning of 2022 I set myself a 50 day challenge of doing 8 healthy habits everyday for 50 days! This is the FINAL week of the challenge! Stay through the end of the video for a two month update about what changed AFTER the challenge was over. Did the habits stick or did I go right back to my old ways? Does the 50 Day Challenge work?
The 8 daily habits are:
-Wake up at 8 AM
-Start the morning with hot lemon water
-Eat a healthy diet
-Work out/get active 6 days a week
-Drink lots of water
-Meditate 10 min a day
-Read 10 Pages a day
-Take a progress photo
