Be more than your limitations: Ben Mudge

Описание: In this episode of the Self Made Podcast, it is a pleasure to welcome my Ben Mudge to the show.

I met Ben many years ago at a Body Power event in Birmingham where we were both representing supplement companies. What stood out to me about the man is how much time he took with everyone who approached him. Thousands of people at this event and he took the time with every single one and this really shows you the type of person he is.

Delve a little bit deeper though and you realise how inspiring he really is! Suffering from Cystic Fibrosis a condition that dramatically impacts his lung function many would feel they were dealt a bad hand but Ben's self-professed stubbornness wouldn't allow this to happen!

He devoted himself to getting healthier and not being a slave to his circumstances and it is because of this he has taken his lung function from 66% up to 97%!!

In this episode, we discuss living with CF, his training and nutrition that have helped him stay healthy and most importantly his sleep routine! But as Ben says at the start of the show he is more than just his training and nutrition and this episode shows the full scope of his personality from Jah rule to the MCU and even to Warhammer this is a man of many interests.
