🔸Arm Scissors
Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart.
Stretch your arms in front of you at shoulder height with one arm over the other in the shape of the letter “X”, and then spread them apart.
Switch arms, and repeat the exercise.
🔹Bent Knee Side Hip Raises Left
Lie on your right side with your elbow down on the floor and your knees bent. Place your left hand on your hips.
Lift your hips up as high as you can, then drop them down without touching the floor.
Repeat the exercise.
🔸Arm Raises
Stand on the floor with your arms extended straight forward at shoulder height.
Exhale, raise your arms above your head. Inhale, return to the start position and repeat.
🔹Bent Knee Fallout Pilates
Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet on the ground and hands on your belly.
Slowly drop your left knee out to the side; then bring it back. Switch sides, and repeat the exercise.
🔸Bent Knee Side Hip Raises Right
Lie on your left side with your elbow down on the floor and your knees bent. Place your right hand on your hips.
Lift your hips up as high as you can, then drop them down without touching the floor.
Repeat the exercise.
🔹Bear Pose
Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Slowly lift your knees off the floor while keeping the ball of your feet pressing into the mat. Hold for a moment.
Lower your knees back to the start position and repeat.
