vada ke liye:
½ cup urad dal (dhuli urad dal)
½ teaspoon jeera (bhuna hua)
Namak, swaad anusar
Tel, talne ke liye
Dahi Mixture ke liye:
2½ cup thanda dahi (achhe se pheta hua)
1 tablespoon cheeni powder
½ teaspoon namak
Toppings ke liye:
Bhuna jeera powder
salt
chutney apni pasad se hari ya imli ki (optional)
👩🍳 Banane ka Tarika:
Dal Bhigoyein:
Urad dal ko 5 ghante ke liye paani mein bhigo dein.
Batter Banayein:
Bheegi hui dal ko thoda paani milakar mota paste bana lein.
Batter ko ek hi direction mein achhe se phent lein, taaki vo halka aur phoola hua ho jaye.
vada Talna:
Kadhai mein tel garam karein.
Batter ko chhoti chhoti portions mein tel mein daalein aur halka bhura hone tak tal lein.
vado ko tissue paper pe nikaalein.
vada Bhigoyein:
Thoda garam paani lein aur vado ko 15-20 minute tak bhigoyein.
Phir haath se halke haath se daba kar paani nikaal dein.
Dahi Mixture Banayein:
Ek bowl mein dahi, cheeni powder aur namak daal kar achhe se phent lein.
Dahi vada Assemble Karein:
Bhigoe hue vado ko plate mein rakh kar dahi wala mixture daal dein.
Upar se thoda bhuna jeera powder chhidak dein.
