A leg of 16 miles, a quick visit to the bakery for lunch provisions, the morning includes a climb up Mynydd Penarfyndd with another tea stop at the summit. Then dropping down for a lunch stop at the National Trust site at Plas yn Rhiw before walking the expanse of short line at Porth Neigwl - 'Hell's Mouth', ending the day at Porth Ceiriad and another overnight camp.
