Toyota Tacoma | TRD Gear shifter Install | Manual to Automatic | (2017 Tacoma)

Описание: In todays video I'm installing an older manual shift knob with a three inch extension on to my auto Tacoma. After my recent arm surgery I'm having some pain in the elbow/ upper forearm while driving. My first car was a manual, ever since that gold flake 92 S10, I drive with my hand on the shifter. The extension will help with arm position and the shifter is just a solid old school TRD ball. It does have the gear shift pattern on it. That kind of bugs me, but I can deal with it for no more pain in the arm. The install was a bit challenging. Just finding the right parts and thread specs was not so easy. The gear shifter on the auto is M8 x 1.25. The ball shifter was M12 x 1.25. The adaptor is M8 to M12 and had to be ordered online. None of my local stores had it. The extension has been sitting in my garage for a couple of years and is M12 x 1.25. I have all the links below. Hope you enjoy! Please make sure Amazon takes you to the right link.
