In this video I show you how you can make your own shower steamers using a combination Menthol crystals, Eucalyptus , Peppermint, and Lavender essential oil. Menthol crystals is a great cooling agent. It stimulates circulation, its a decongestant, its antimicrobial, and so much more. Eucalyptus essential oil Helps break up mucus and reduce inflammation. It also contains a component called cineole which helps with respiratory problems. Peppermint essential oil opens airways and clears mucus. Lavender essential oil helps with headaches, relieves stress, fatigue and so much more.

As you know its that time of the season for colds, coughs, stuffy noses, congestion, and so much more. Ingredients
☑ 1 cup of Baking Soda
☑ 1/3 cup of Citric Acid
☑ 1/3 cup of Cornstarch
☑ 0.5 ounces or .5% of Menthol Crystals ( be sure to use gloves and mask)
☑ Witch Hazel in a spray bottle

Essential Oils blend
Eucalyptus- 45 drops
Peppermint- 35 drops
Lavender- 35 drops
