Dr. Sugai’s Premed Forum: Sharing my Journey and Advice with UC Berkeley Pre-Medical Students

Описание: Here is the first addition to the Dr. SPF (Sugai’s Premed Forum) where I will be posting recorded talks with students from all over in order to inspire, motivate and guide those interested in entering medicine. I review my journey from my roots in Hawaii and go over some advice for applying to medical school. I also hope to impact those already in medical school and need advice with residency applications and interview skills.

I also discuss my challenges as a dermatologist as well as living in a dual-physician relationship and starting off social media platforms in 2020.

I want to thank Tiffany and Melanie from UV Berkeley for reaching out on Instagram and asking me to be a guest speaker. I hope that my journey and tips will affect many especially as we are in dire need of physicians now and in the coming decade.
