I have shown 5 steps for this facial which are simple and easy.
1st step:
Use gingelly oil to remove your makeup or any dirt from the skin.
2nd step:
For steaming use green tea.
Dip a hot towel in green tea and gently rub that on your face to remove the oil from your face.
3rd step:
Cleansing
Use 1 Tbsp Curd and 1 Tbsp of glycerin, mix the ingredients well.
apply the cleanser on your face and gently massage
after few mins wipe off the cleanser with the towel
4th step:
Scrubbing
Use 1 Tbsp of poppy seeds soak it in 4-5 Tbsp of milk for 3-4 hours.
Use the soaked poppy seeds as a natural scrub to remove dirt and dead skin cells from your face.
5th step;
Masking
Add 1 Tbsp of curd and squeeze out a slice of orange into it also 1 Tbsp of honey and 1/2 Tbsp of coffee powder to make it a paste-like consistency.
Apply this paste evenly on your face and leave it for 10-15mins on the face.
After that wash your face with plain water and gently dab off the water with a towel.
Use the Teabag that was used for making the steam water as a toner.
Gently press it on your face and on the eyes to give a calm and soothing effect.
Apply a moisturizer after you follow all the above steps.
