500g chicken boneless cut into cubes
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch

1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup green onion
3 green chilies slit into half
1/2 green capsicum cut into cubes
1/2 orange capsicum cut into cubes
1/2 cup chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp chicken powder
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 medium-sized onion cut into cubes
1/2 tbsp cornflour mixed with a little bit of water
