CTC heatbed unequal distribution

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this CTC 3d printer problem?
The heat seems to be in the right corner. It shows 70oC for everything else and sometimes up to 130oC for the corner. I have the CTC set for 110oC. Its annoying because I can't get my ABS to stick to the glass/tape with glue or ABS juice or plain clean glass.
I'll try turning up the heat in the makerbot software to 30oC higher to get that 70oC up to 100oC ish.
I used a SEEK thermal camera on my android phone to identify where an unequal distribution of heat is on the CTC 3d printer. I have this 3d printer setup with a sheet of borosilicate glass on the print bed.
During the video, I move the sheet of glass back a little and the bare aluminum heatbed shows a really high temperature.
