Claymore + Medic companion for max dps
Ideally 12% oath recovery to reliably oath twice, but I don't have good cores to upgrade yet
1x weakness for 1st wave as the enemy will die before you get to 2nd weakness. Use 2x frangere slash during weakness since you can regenerate enough energy before the 2nd wave appears
2x weakness for 2nd wave as we should have enough time to fit it in. These mobs teleport so if you're not able to put them into weakness together, you can do 1x weakness and do it near the end of the fight. When it's almost time for weakness, start trying to gather them together
