Yuyong Industry Queen Ant CNC Main Assembly

A quick note on footprint dimensions as I had a difficult time finding this info on the Internet. First, my Kreg workbench is 64"x 64" and it fits this machine perfectly, but the Y-stepper motors stick out a bit.

Machine footprint (physically touching the workbench): 1405mm (x) by 1525 mm (y)

Machine Volume which includes the drag chain and stepper motors behind and above the machine: 1600mm (x) by 1720mm (y) by 710mm (z)

Again my workbench is 1625mm by 1625mm

I highly recommend watching the I’ll Do It Myself build series on this machine before watching my videos    / @illdoitmyself   He does a much better job demonstrating the build process. I will be spending time on some key differences:
I have the 1500x1500mm (15x15) machine so I’ll have a few measurements that are different.
My machine came with the “Super Enhanced X&Z V2” upgrade so I’ll highlight that
I’ll show the wiring for the MK4-V Controller and the water cooled Spindle

Before starting this build I recommend having some tools and supplies on hand:
A good set of ball nose Allen Wrenches. I highly recommend the Wiha magic ring wrenches…expensive, but definitely a case of “Buy Once, Cry Once”
Some M4/M5/M6 Bolts
Roll-in or Post Assembly T-Nuts. These are lifesavers to have on hand and allow you to add t-nuts after you’ve assembled everything.
