Helsinki at sunset - Testing Sony HXR-NX80 in 4K

Описание: Testing Sony's new HXR-NX80 video camera in sunset and low light. All the footage was shot in XAVC S 4K 25p 60mb/s and using auto-focus. Auto-focus was set to the fastest tracking and the widest tracking area. It can be customised to one's liking. Camera's picture profile was set to PP1 and only saturation has been increased to +6. 1/50 shutter speed, 5700K white balance and 0dB gain before darkness. Aperture was wide open in low light.

So far I really like this camera compared to my HXR-NX3. And the auto-focus is suberb compared to the former PXW-X70. Sensor noise is pleasing to eyes, its subtle even in high dB's. Footage is useable up to +24dB or +27dB. Even the maximum +33dB could be used. My NX3 is useable up to +18dB and it has way grainier image. The included NP-FV70A -battery records 3 hours in XAVC HD 1080 50p 25mb/s mode and XAVC S 4K 25p 60mb/s 2h 50mins in room temperature. NP-FV50 records 4K just under an hour.
