It all started with a strong foundation — but instead of leaving the sample as-is, I reversed a portion of the sample. I began experimenting with movement, subtle changes, and automation to give it character. The goal wasn’t just to tweak it… it was to make it mine.
Sometimes making a beat isn’t about adding more sounds. It’s about taking what’s already there and reshaping it until it reflects your identity as a creator.
